Someone once asked...

how to make scarmbled eggs

Someone answered with kindness...

1. Crack eggs into a bowl. Throw away the shells. Add salt, pepper, other spices, meat, cheese, and/or quick cooking vegetables to the bowl (unless you want bland eggs). Mix vigorously with a whisk until the eggs are a uniform yellow color with no streaks of clear egg white. 2. Set a pan on the stove over medium heat and add a small amount of oil. Wait for the pan to heat up. Once the pan is hot, add the eggs. Stir the eggs frequently, making sure to scrape the bottom of the pan so that the eggs don't stick there. 3. For softer eggs, turn off the heat once about 90 percent of the eggs are solid, and continue stirring in the pan until fully cooked. For firmer eggs, wait to turn off the heat until all the eggs are solid. Once the eggs are cooked, transfer them into a separate dish and eat. I hope that works for you!
