Instead of a avoiding what's haunting you. Start accepting it. That's the only way you can love yourself. No one is perfect. Everyone is going through something painful in their life. Stop being around negative people. People gonna bully you. People gonna make fun of you. People gonna judge you by your looks and your financial situation. But remember one thing. God loves you. God cares about you and he is proud of you. Stay strong.

I don't know if it works for you but it did for me and I'll share it Think about your younger self or just go through your old pics , you'll see an innocent girl/boy with no idea how the world's gonna be, maybe just thinking about when he/she gets to meet thier friends again tomorrow at school You'll feel sad about treating that kiddo in a harsh way and probably get a will to try to make him/her proud of the current you Who's gonna love you if you don't even do it yourself Hope it helps :)

Loving oneself is an ongoing process it’s not something that one can master and religiously follow. There are days when you may feel otherwise and wouldn’t be able to forgive yourself. When you feel like things get hard you should look back at pictures of you as a kid and recollect all the hardships you’ve been through since then. You should be kind to yourself as before anyone else you were there for yourself, when you weren’t sure how things would turn out, when you were scared and alone. You are the one that has seen every version of yourself both good and bad. When you’re being hard on yourself look back at that little kid because you’re not being hard to the grown version of yourself but to the kid who had no one choice but to stick with themselves.
