Ignore the goal, focus on the path. Be happy, take care of yourself, be social. Be kind, be selfless, empathetic, and caring to other people. Genuinely care, and most importantly, genuinely love. The rest will follow, but only if you're doing it to from your heart. If you want to "get a girfriend" this might not work, but if you want to meet the love of your life and make her happy your whole life, you'll be genuine in your feelings and purpose, and realize that the goal wasn't as important as the path, as you never reach the goal; you don't stop loving someone after you're together, or after you marry. You love them your whole life, and that's the purpose.

believe that the ideal woman in your mind thinks you are a good man and work from there, not sure if pick up artist advice helps but I heard a good quote from this yt conference vid "Don't Take the Black Pill - Andrew Kelley | SSW 2026". Said something like be a decent guy to everyone not just women and be nice to be around, not too helpful but its a start PS: never had a gf, though id say when you find a relationship make sure it goes both ways and not end in a ditch. Too many married people told me to not get married and seems like a common mistake to not sort out things before its too late
