Someone once asked...
Someone answered with kindness...
Well brutally honest, having been a person who has been through this, you can't possibly try to make him obsessed with you. It doesn't work like that. If he's being hot and cold, that's okay until you both last together. A few months into dating feels really good but eventually it's a tendency in every type of relationship to get bored or that spark or excitement usually doesn't stay as before. But even in this stage, loving each other and staying together is the ultimate key to a long relationship. You can't force someone to love you right? That's how this is too. If he genuinely loves you, he would do anything to stay with you, which is ultimately being obsessed. Maybe trying to make him fall all over again may work, but i wouldn't be sure about it. If he's being cold and hot and it's bothering you, do talk. Never keep it to yourself. Speak out. That's the best thing. You should sort out stuff by talking, and maybe letting him know I'm not liking this, and why you're doing this. Most of the time speaking up fixes things. Coming to detachment, I'd say distance can sometimes eventually make you detach with someone. It'll take time, but eventually you would lose the interest in them. Personally it's even easier for me to detach from someone if they've hurt me and they're not worth my time. I have also detached from someone who I was really attached to, as our friendship became toxic because of him. That's all I could say. Hope it helps!
