Imagine yourself 2 years ahead, and ask that future you. I know it sounds stupid but once we assume that we did the thing we are considering doing (even in our imagination) we begin noticing the regrets we would have for either option. Those regrets are what I compare in order to make a choice I won't regret even if it fails.

If its causing you more losses than profit obviously. But even then if you want to persist, I suggest going into it deeper, figuring out why it isnt working, get into social media marketing and everything. Or else, keep ur small business a hobby if it is not feasible. All the best
