Someone once asked...

How do I stop worrying about the future?

Someone answered with kindness...

A student once asked me to teach him how to stop thinking about tomorrow. I told him I couldn't — I still think about tomorrow too. What changed, for me, was noticing that worry pretends to be preparation, but rarely does any actual planning. It just replays the same fear on a loop, dressed up as responsibility. You don't need to silence the future entirely. Ask yourself: is this thought helping me decide something, or just repeating itself? If it's just repeating, you're allowed to set it down, even without an answer.

This sign has found its fate.
