Start with one boundary you wish to set with whoever you are very close and comfortable with. Ask that person to sit down and talk, and tell them about that boundary in that conversation. Don't downplay the boundary (however silly it may seem!), but also try not to make the other person feel horrible. Just respectfully say something alone the lines of "hey, I noticed you've been doing __ recently, and I'd really appreciate it if you stopped, because it makes me feel pretty uncomfortable." If you find that they aren't reacting well to you setting boundaries, don't back down. It won't be an easy conversation, but it'll help you understand how to set these boundaries, and potentially even not back down if the boundary is pushed back against. Hopefully, though, your friends/partner will be understanding. Once the boundary is set, make sure you continue to enforce it. If they even cross the line, gently remind them of the boundary you had discussed, and don't give in a laugh along with them after they've broke that boundary, either. Once one boundary is set, you'll find it's a little easier to set more. For the record, it's totally human to fight against boundaries a little bit, or not always get them on the first try. But if you find your friends or partner continuously not respecting your boundaries, it may be a sign that they don't respect you, and a more serious conversation (or even some distance) may be necessary. Don't ever feel weird for setting boundaries! Both you and your friends/partner can probably have a better time together with them, believe it or not!
