when it sucks all the life out of you and you wake up everyday saying "I HATE THIS JOB I HATE IT!!" also if you're being mistreated by your boss or management, asked to take on extra tasks you aren't paid for, if you're getting harassed by a coworker and nobody's doing anything about it (should probably sue them in that case), etc. if you're still weighing your options, ask the universe for a sign. you will find another job and be happy!!
