Instead of blindly applying on sites like linkedin find the hiring managers in linkedin the people posts the ads find out their personal Id and ask two things
One - To hire you your cv and normal stuff
Secondly ask them what more should I have done that you may have hired me 
After that upskill yourself with those skills and repeat this process and you would upskill and get a job in the end
