Someone once asked...

“How dafuk do I get a job? quick recap, I have 2 years of exp as a support engineer at Wipro before I got laid off, then I learned data science to make a switch into that career and I can't find a job in this data domain! Everyone is crying AI and all but I honestly believed that if I just upskilled myself to be in the top 10%, I could easily get a job. Although I don't have proper experience as a Data Analyst, I have done many projects and I can showcase my skills. Thing is, I'm not even getting any interviews!!”

I tried to find niche websites idk how helpful it'll be , again I'm not from your field :3 -Websites · Hirist.tech · Cutshort and Wellfound · Instahyre · Real Analyst Jobs You wrote that you are ready to showcase your skills and all and that u cannot get a interview, maybe it might be a resume/portfolio structure or perhaps who you apply and how you apply?. I've some suggestions thoo it's applicable for almost every role :> -Shift from mass-applying to targeting people On LinkedIn, I know it's heavily crowded but have you tried on focusing on one specific person? Like data analytics manager from the companies you wanna apply in and persuade them to talk to you for 10-15 minutes? Like through chatting or SMTH? Btw,Have you tried looking for specific roles that your projects or intership align with? Idk exactly what roles tho. - Quick tip on the resume Since your ATS score is already 90, the bottleneck is probably that HR sees "support engineer," not "data." Try rewriting your support work in data language, idk like used sql in (your project name), just elaborate "support Engineer" or And put 2–3 of your best projects front and center with what its impact or something, keep your better ones the last?. Anddd importantly, can you ask any friend or colleague to refer you on a company that they are working in? Or dyk any people you could use as a reference? I think in LinkedIn you can request them atleast?.
