You need a good plan. Before that, you need to be able to define your target audience. Give them a name and a face (can be Laura, a 32 y/o single mother from Rome idk). What does their day look like? What do they struggle with? What do they need to improve in their life? What´s missing? That´s where you come in with your product/offer but you NEED to know who you are making it for first and then advertise directly to those people. ANd sewt clear goals and KPIs, they help you gget a better overview of your business´ performance and how/where to improve it.
