it almost feels like i asked this question because im in a very similar situation i know its easier to tell a stranger to do something rather than trying it out myself. so i wont tell you anything thats impossible for me to do. start distancing yourself from them. dont get jealous of their behavior. just think of not being together anymore. talk to them, but in a manner that wont make you more attached. let them see your ignorance. but please dont break their heart. when you know its time, break things off. try not to take too much time otherwise it will never happen trust me. and to answer your second question, i dont have an answer for it. there is no certainty in life so we dont know what will happen. but if youre trying find that confidence, it only comes from your soul. theres never enough words that will convince you to believe in it. so make sure you finds your soul. i hope you can know it very soon
