Some people are AVOIDANT and feels scared when things get close or extremely nice they feel the need to shut down things and these kind of people the sooner u avoid them the better i was with someone like this for 2 years so ik how this feels like the good thing u can do for urself rn is to let them stick with their decisions and u being okay okay with it or learning to be okay with it :) it may be hard but u will understand why this was necessary .
