Hey, I know this must be a confusing time for you, as I was also at the same place 3 years ago. Start by learning about new industry or trends. Just by watching videos, articles about any skills, industry etc. Start digging through your hobbies as most of time what we love to do, can help us in our carrier. Start volunteering: any kind of volunteering works, you will get to know how things works, different work positions etc. last but not the least don't be too harsh on yourself. Less planning more work.
