“Hey there, Lately, I feel like I'm fighting a battle with myself more than anything else. I'm exhausted, frustrated and honestly disappointed in myself. I hate how easily I let people get away with disrespecting me, how I struggle to speak up even when I know someone is crossing a line, and how I keep prioritising other people's reactions over my own self-respect. I constantly overthink, replay conversations in my head and imagine all the things I should have said but couldn't. I'm scared of confrontation, scared of disappointing people, scared of being judged and, most importantly, scared of the consequences of standing up for myself. My job has been taking a serious emotional toll on me. I've tried to improve, worked on my communication and sales skills, pushed myself to generate leads, and continued showing up despite feeling overwhelmed and sometimes humiliated. Now I feel like quitting, but I can't make that decision because my family depends on me financially. I'm terrified of leaving without another job, struggling with expenses, and regretting my decision if things were about to get better. At the same time, I'm terrified of staying somewhere that makes me question my abilities and worth. I feel behind in life, compare myself to others, sometimes feel inferior and jealous, and constantly question whether I'm doing enough. I have ambitions, dreams and so much I want to achieve, but I feel stuck between wanting to change my life and being afraid of making the wrong decisions. I'm tired of being so sentimental, so accommodating and so afraid of people. I want to become someone who can stand up for herself, make decisions without being paralysed by fear, set boundaries without feeling guilty and stop allowing other people's behaviour to determine how I see myself. More than anything, I want to stop being my own enemy. I don't want to become a heartless person; I just want to learn how to be kind without letting people take advantage of me, ambitious without constantly feeling inadequate, and strong without having to break myself in the process.”

I see you are going through a lot, and that's totally fine! Many people feel the same! You are not alone in this...the best way to speak up for yourself is to confront yourself by saying "let me just do it, no matter what will happen later, I can handle the situations"...if someone is trying to humiliate you then stand up for yourself..if they are hurt, that's fine... Self respect comes first... Don't feel sad everything's gonna be okay!!!
