Start small. Listen to music. Read a book, or listen to an interesting story if you're not into reading. Write what you wanna be when you grow up. Spend time with nature. Make a travel list.

Hey there! 1. I totally get you because I felt the same when I was 16. One great advise I'd give is limit your social media usage trust me it helps.. or you could create a separate account to just watch reels and all, not to watch your friends/acquaintance post ie stories. Because we all only wanna post our great moments, the happiest time of our life. So it automatically creates this FOMO. 2. PICK A HOBBYYYYYY. It can be anything. Also go outside maybe for a walk or a short ride in your scooty(only if you have license lol). , see the sunrise ir sunset. 3. About your resistance: this is yours to figure out. Take a pen and a paper. Write down everything you wanna do(joining the club, taking a class etc). And then sit with yourself to understand why you are not doing it like what's actually stopping you. Maybe you don't wanna join a club because you are anxious to meet new people, or you think you'd regret it later after joining. Just gather your thoughts. This helps to figure out what's stopping you. 4. Since you are 16, focus on figuring out your interest. And it will add meaning to you slowly. And finding what interests you is also a big process. Take youe time and I hope good things for you!!
