“Hey ig someone will be listening, so i recently started my first yr in uni and in two weeks I had to leave my bf of 3yrs cause he wanted to have female frnds & i was not ok he and his group of frnds that he met a three days back they humiliated me in a public cafe too so I cut him off and ignored him when he tried to talk in uni, a month later i found out my intuition was correct and I got cheated on and now he is dating the same female frnd i cried over and got called insane over i saw them yesterday threw up it was bad so today i thought I would take a break from uni and slept all day but when I woke up today at 3pm😭all my group members called me when i asked them they said why didn't u tell u there was a presentation today I had no idea and they were absent that day so like and ma'am was vague Abt it didn't give a date for it so naturally I did not know , some girl who took my seat mentioned me in a gc chat and said if u don't want to be in our gc pls let us know as if I'm going to fuck myself over just to ruin their presentation? And my ex is from the same university and the female frnds he is dating is from my department she is just from a different section. My life is falling apart I have no idea i survived 3months living alone in a pg trying to manage a degree out of my stream i tried putting on a positive attitude but Idk every day it's just something”

ikk ikk, it' s okay breath for a while. yk there's a phase in our life which we have to view as a challenge, I'm a school going student currently and is suffering from anxiety attacks, migraine, insomnia and even depression, yk you can't judge your life or yourself on the basis of a single incident like it's not gonna decide what you are and what you will be, we all are human, we all have a bad phase but to us the only thing that is imp is how we actually deal with it it's okay to feel vulnerable, you are a very strong person, nd everyone around you will be proud of you once you'll get out of this phase
