Someone once asked...

“Hey, I really need an outside perspective on something heavy that’s been consuming me, and I trust you enough to tell you the raw truth. I’ve been dating someone I met online. We got close fast, but things have gotten extremely complicated. She admitted to me that she doesn’t have genuine romantic feelings for me yet because she’s still emotionally hung up on her ex, even though she knows he’s terrible for her. To make matters harder, when he came back into the picture recently, they ended up sleeping together, and right now there’s a serious concern that she might be pregnant. A couple of days ago, the pressure of everything got to me and I impulsively told her we should do two weeks of no contact. She broke down crying because she felt like she was finally ready to give us a real chance, and now I feel completely guilty like I ruined everything. My friends keep telling me she’s bad news and that I should walk away, but I genuinely care about her and feel like I can’t abandon her when she’s going through this. We’re supposed to meet in person in a few days to talk seriously about what to do next. My head is spinning between my loyalty to her and the reality of the situation. I really need to talk to someone grounded—can I call you or grab some time with you whenever you’re free?”

I hear you and honestly I have faced something similar to it. I'm not blaming anyone because I don't know the exact reason of why she went to him and came back. As someone who understand what you are going through, I'm advising to not be in romentic relationship with her, but you can be her friend in case if you feel guilty and wanna help her. Bro don't have romentic relationship with her because like I'm not denying to take care of others feelings but you should care about your feelings too. So my best advice is that give yourself some time, to understand your own feelings, your own self. Best wishes for your future!
