i have sweaty palms (palmar hyperhidrosis) because of which i feel super underconfident and embarrassed in front of friends and family.
like we say handshake should be strong, thousands of times we dab, touch different objects daily , but it leaves wet stains on them- driving, writing , typing to name a few
moreover im concerned about my future partner as most girls like physical touch a lot - just caressing her, holding her hands, cheeks, maybe her waist;) seems impossible to me . its like i would be embarrassed as to not make her uncomfortable .
its not like be calm and all as i have this while sitting comfortably in my home too :(”

hello im a 23f and i want you to know that sweaty palms is really normal - and if we like the guy a lot, we don't mind sweaty hand holding lol.
if it's too sweaty we'll ask you to rub your hands on a hanky and then hold it but we'd still not want to let go. that's just a really really small part of you and it won't stop us from liking you if your personality is cute!

See people who actually care about you will not bother about things like this
You dont have to feel insecure about this…I know its not easy when you struggle with it everyday
But trust me you’ll meet the right people who will only care about you as a person rather than this aspect of your life which they will ignore or maybe even support you through it
