For depression, make sure you have a clear night/day cycle. dont stay up to late and when it's past sunset, keep overhead lights off and turn on blue light blockers on your electronics(usually labeled night light, night shift, etc. should make the screen orangy). During the day, keep the curtains and if you can, the windows open. There are depression lights that mimic daylight which are helpful even if you have a decent amount of sunlight where you live. Go on walks everyday if you can. I know it sounds silly but it really will help. Depression almost always gets worse in winter, so be aware of that. If youre in the Northen hemisphere, winter is coming so stay safe <3. Fore germaphobia/anxiety, infection is real but you should know what the real risks are. it's triggering to reasearch, but i find it makes me feel less anxious and make science-backed decisions. One thing that helped me is after i leave a really public/crowded area, i take a walk outside because UV kills most germs. this helps me not have to shower every single day. I do think that "normal" people dont wash their hands nearly enough. There's no magic fix for mental disorders, just keep trying and i wish good luck. :)
