Hey, I have been there when i joined my team which was already formed and been there for 5 years. I felt weird initially that they know lot about each other and I dont. Either I have to ask or wait to be asked by them. But slowly I started getting to know them individually it was tough as i work from home (we all do) but it got better. You won't realise when you got close as time goes by, its ok to ask and say only what you want to say when you are being asked. Give it a go. All the best. Hope this helps
