Someone once asked...

“Gaming used to exite me before but now it feels.... boring? like i cant seem to find any dopamin on the web.”

Someone answered with kindness...

bro, just take a breath, the problem is not the game, its the way that u enjoys it. try some unrealistic way to play, or just dont play, take a time to wear new cloths and discover some philosophy - maybe some wichery glamour. U said ( exit ) like it means escapism, with thats the theme, the thnik u need to really do, is find another escapism --- maybe, art, perfume, sports, be creative and dont be ashemed.

You used to play videogames because they are engaging and take your focus, now you play them because they let you stop focusing on the real world. It's good enough for resting your mind, but you need new genres (or even hobbies) that feel more new.

An unfortunate side effect as we get older. Playing with friends on non-mainstream games might help. Play a game from your childhoods with screen share.
