Do not fear failure, for failure is merely a stepping stone to success. If you do not fail, then when you succeed, the victory will be meaningless... However, if you fail on the path to success, then the victory will be all the sweeter when you finally reach it. When you fail, do not beat yourself up, instead reflect and evaluate what led to the failure, which will allow you to improve. The problem is that failure is not normalised enough... Normalise it for yourself, allow yourself that room to grow and fail. For if you do not, then you will never truly succeed. If the people who surround you do not allow that room to fail, then distance yourself, remove them from your life as they are debilitating your ability to grow. Remember, don't fear failure, fear not what will come from it, for the only thing that failure gives is a sweeter victory, growth, and a realization about who you wish to spend your time with.
