Someone once asked...
Someone answered with kindness...
I'm going through this right now. What I would suggest is to pick a hobby or something that you love to do, put your phone aside, and just focus on that. I know it's hard, but trust me, it will help a bit. I'm 24, unemployed, and have lots of dreams and plans, but I was stuck in this loop and I'm still stuck in it. Last week, I went to a store and found this 3D puzzle on the rack; I just bought it because I've been seeing those in reels and I love creating things with my hands. I came home, put my phone aside, and just started putting them together it was one of the best things I've done. It reminded me how much I love doing those things and how much I missed it, because I thought since I had nothing to do, I'd just sit on my phone all day, even when I had things for my hobbies right in front of me. For that one hour, I didn't even touch my phone. After that, I started taking out all my painting kits, sewing kits, beads, and canvas. I still struggle sometimes, specifically after 5 or 6 PM, because for a long time, I've just sat there using my phone until 10 PM, even while eating. But I'm trying to reduce it as much as I can. So, I know this is advice you hear everywhere, but I want to tell you: try doing something you used to do as a kid when you're free, or try learning something you've always wanted to try. After that day, I made a hat and a pumpkin for my niece, and I'm planning to do lots of paintings and DIYs for my room. I don’t know what you like or what your dreams are, so I can't help with that specifically, but I wish I could. I also want to tell you that because of this addiction, I only worked for one month at two different companies. I didn't like sitting in front of a computer, and once my work was done, I had to pretend to be busy. I am an introvert, so I don't talk much to anyone. I left my first job because it was too far away, the office lacked proper facilities, and I got sick. However, once I left, I realized I really loved staying at home and doing nothing. I eventually joined another company as a social media manager, which was something I loved, but it didn't offer much more than the first job. I still had to pretend to work, and I felt like I was wasting my time, especially with a toxic manager, so I quit. Sometimes I think I should have just adjusted and stayed, and other times I blame my social media addiction for making me quit, because staying at home using my phone felt so good after I left. I know deep down that I left because of the toxic culture and office politics, but I still struggle with the guilt. I have a career gap now and am finding it hard to get a new job. One of my dreams was to work in a company, make friends, and earn promotions, but looking at where I am now, it feels so far away. So As someone struggling just like you, I would suggest maybe going to a store either the art and craft or the game section. You'll find lots of DIY projects; if you find anything interesting or if your heart leans toward something, get it and give it a try. If not, maybe try putting your phone aside, going to the terrace or somewhere calm, looking at the sky or the view and the people around, and just taking a breath to think about what you want to do. Ask yourself: "If I didn't have this phone, or if it never existed, what would I actually be doing right now?" That might help. I know I've written a lot, but I hope you understand what I'm trying to say. Bye!

now there are many ways to approch this, the worst way is you tell yourself that the next day i am gonna quit all entertainment all together, get out of comfort, but the realty is your not that person ,actually you are lazy, procatinator, sleep fucked, etc all other things, now you can start by acknowledging who you are then write down the person you wanna be ,then work on it
