No. The problem with LLM misbehaving is one rooted in how languages themselves work in terms of whether they are allowed to think at all. If you are curious you can look up videos about computation science. And ultimately even if the hard limits on language (and decision problems) are irrelevant, there is still the fact about PAC learning: no model is ever perfectly accurate
