I'm truly sorry for everything that you're going through, being sensitive just kinda makes things way more deep than it is huh? I understand that you feel the need to move on from them and find yourself but, you don't need to rush it, the more you try to force them out of your mind, the more they'll linger, the tighter they'll hold on in your mind, it doesn't have to be fast, you don't need move on exactly by Tommorow and feel better, that's just not how it is, the aim is to find and so the things you love, to be with the people who cherish you, to spend moments of your life truly witnessing and enjoying it, moving on doesn't come from simply deciding ur done with it one day, it's a slow process of finding meaning in a version of life where you have moved on from them, and if this sounds too riddle-ish, all I mean to say is that, you don't need to force urself into finding you l, start small, maybe do something you love, do that thing uve been putting off, anything to make you start enjoying your own company again, and if thoughts of them pop up again, don't fight it, feel it out, cry, scream, mope, it's okay, feel it out, but don't let yourself brood or dwell on it, I hope this helps, have a wonderful day
