Take a lot of practice tests, and after every one, review the questions you got wrong, what topics they were, and study all the tricks and tips you can find. Make a study plan for a couple weeks in advance, and portion out specific amounts of time, and don't exceed or go below those limits. I'd recommend spending a couple hours a day, you really don't need to overthink this. Be smart about your time, especially on the second modules, and for the English section, read the question first, and then the passage, that way, you'll read with the question in mind. Review basic algebraic functions and equations, and practice word problems. For the grammar section, make sure you know punctuation and hear the sentence in your head and see if it sounds right. Also, remember, it's just the PSAT, it's a practice, so study and practice, but don't burn out over this. You got this, and good luck!
