Sometimes stopping and resting for a while is a great idea. We shouldn't we always running. Try for short trip and have a good vacation. This will improve your state of mind . Pro trip: Go alone or at max 2-3 of your close friends. If going to trip is not feasible for you, you can try doing like early morning sunrise or evening walking or running this will definately lift your mood up . Pro tip : improve your sleep cycle half of the things will get better automatically

first of all your parents divorce is not your fault, they are maybe pieces of puzzles that are not meant to be together no matter what, they held on together maybe just for you. being fat is not that bad actually, we get stressed, we eat some skip meals. its not because they want to its because of their surrounding and the situations they face. yes we need to be healthy and all but i'll say focus on that all after 18, because we shouldnt restrict our childhood happiness for anyone, whatever problems you face, dont create impact on your studies because people leave at the end you'll only have yourselves. to be happy with yourselves, you must have some money in your hands, not for showing others but to make the child in you happy by gifting him/her the things you wished for in your childhood from others.. try to be okay even though you are at your peak. dont give up, theres more life yet to live. hope for the best and move on. best wishes, take care of yourselves please!
