Well if you've communicated before hand ,
Still he is persuading then just don't send 
Friends are a place of comfort, I understand your feelings, he might say that you don't value our friendship and so on ,
But if you don't feel comfortable or don't want to it's completely fine , friendship isn't supposed to be based on that 
You see if he really gets you , he might eventually understand, but it may take some time , but if he still persists I may suggest it's better to avoid it
