The truth is, we love to pretend certain groups can't be bad because they are members of those groups. People with disabilities is one of them. But the truth is, they are just people too, with a specific life circumstance that affects but not absolves them. You are not a bad person, you don't want to get away from your mother because of her disability, but because it sounds like she is a bad person. Disabled people can be bad people too. I really am sorry your mother is like that, but you deserve to be loved, and to be loved without abuse. I hope your situation gets better, don't let the guilt stop you from pursuing a life that shows you better treatment.
