Someone once asked...

“Across Europe, wave after wave of protests highlights a growing disconnect: economies continue to generate vast wealth, yet public services shrink, wages lag behind inflation, and basic living becomes unaffordable for ordinary households." "If an economic system succeeds in driving growth but fails to produce net happiness and security for the majority of its people, what is that growth actually worth?”

Someone answered with kindness...

the leaders and the people in the country chose growth thinking that it will give happiness and security, yet failed to see growth was not necessarily needed to be happy and to be safe. growth should be prioritized so that the normal human population and the society can afford basic living. happiness and safety over growth is my personal opinion
