Someone once asked...

“A coworker and I have become really good friends over the last six months. We talk late at night, and she tells me about all her daily troubles. I have started to catch feelings for her, but I have no idea if she feels the same way. Our communication changes a lot. Some days we talk nonstop for hours, and other days she completely stops answering my messages. While I don't think she is trying to avoid me on purpose, I worry she might just be stuck dealing with her own personal problems. This back-and-forth makes me very anxious and afraid that she might pull away. But when she finally returns and acts like everything is normal, I get too nervous to bring it up. What is the best way to handle this?”

I think the best way to handle is to take it slow and communicate abt this as you never know what's going on their mind too Just go with the flow notice her behavior and subtle foreshadowing abt this topic and then communicate genuinely
